Violin Teacher

Required for September 2022

A vacancy has arisen for a violin teacher to teach individual violin lessons to students, aged 7 to 18.    Music lessons are very popular at Derby High and there is approximately 2 days teaching.  We are seeking a qualified musician and teacher who will inspire and encourage our students to progress through examinations and take part in extra-curricular music activities.  There may be the possibility of the candidate contributing to the extra-curricular music provision.  Lessons take place in the purpose-built practice rooms in the Music Centre in the Senior School.  Employment is on a self-employed basis with contracts directly between the teacher and parents.  There is a small monthly room hire charge.  ABRSM exams take place at the school.

Piano Teacher

Required for September 2022

Caretaker

We are looking to appoint a Caretaker to join our dedicated grounds and maintenance team currently consisting of three members of staff. Applications will be accepted from candidates seeking either full or part time hours however flexibility in regard to hours available to work is essential.
