A place where girls grow, achieve and excel

Girls joining the Senior School, whether from our own Junior School or from other local schools, are taking their first step towards greater independence. They take more responsibility for managing their time, organising themselves and ensuring that deadlines are met. As they move through the school they become increasingly self-reliant and a greater number of opportunities are offered to them to challenge them both mentally and physically.

There are two forms in Year 7 of equal ability and girls are taught in their forms for all subjects apart from Maths, which is the only subject where setting takes place. Girls also become members of a House and either represent or support their House in a number of competitions involving sport, drama and music.
