Well-Being Week

In PSHE lessons this half term, all year groups in the Senior School have been learning about Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being.  This week we have had a focus on wellbeing and mental health. 

Positive messages have been all around school and students have chosen, shared ideas about and taken part in activities to encourage mindfulness and relaxation. 

Yoga, lunchtime walks, colouring, meditation and a social media break are just some of the ideas they chose to improve their wellbeing.  We hope that if our students have enjoyed and benefitted from some of the activities they have taken part in this week, they will continue with them into the future!
